I realize this is a direct question to Melissa but I think most of us will jump on the bandwagon to encourage such a blog series from her. From everything I have read on Melissa's blog and what she has posted on paleohack, I would say she is somewhat of a resident expert on the topic of IBS. Obviously she had it herself and through her experienments with paleo has healed, more or less. Melissa also seems to be constantly changing and evolving with her thoughts on this diet and I can only imagine that her IBS has something to do with it. I only say that because I had IBS for 10 years and it's constantly in th back of my mind and definitely factors into what I put in my mouth.

So Melissa....I would love to read series on your blog about IBS, how it relates to paelo, and what has worked and has not worked for you. Also, tips and tricks on how to maintain a healthy gut and heal a gut from occasional bouts of IBS.

What say you??

I would suggest using my blog's contact form for this. But honestly it's hard to be an expert on a condition that is so highly variable and also because my views are always changing and evolving. I've written a few posts on IBS huntgatherlove.com/category/tags/ibs and I'm definitely writing more (I have one in the queue), but I don't know if I'll ever have a definitive series- just thoughts and starting points for self-experiments. – Bread-Eating Beelzebub Jan 4 2012 at 1:53
No worries. I understand the reason you closed it. It's just always nice to here a perspective on a topic such as this from some you respect and has been through it. – hemanvt Jan 4 2012 at 2:58
