Hi Everyone (Especially the ladies!)
Ever since I introduced dairy (raw, grass-fed) into my diet, 6 months ago I have accumulated cellulite. I NEVER had cellulite before the dairy. Everything else in my life has remained constant (i.e. daily workouts of resistance training, walking, deep tissue massages). I am hard as a rock with muscle and only f24! I adore raw cream in my coffee but it seems after this year of doing nothing but add on cellulite I must retire dairy. I am very sad, but also interested. As we know toxins are stored in the fat tissue, and cellulite is overburdened fat tissue/toxin storage, could this simply be more proof dairy is not appropriatly utilized?
