Just curious if anyone else uses any techie tools for tracking elimination diets and results. I used to use cronometer for it, but it wasn't easy to see results since it's main got tools for tracking weight and the only way to take symptoms is the diary. Another method I used was a google calender titled "health" where I put "events" for food eliminations I was doing + "events" for days I had problems. Other people told me they use google docs or excel spreadsheets.
For the past year though I've used an app called task:life for android. Every morning it asks me various questions I programmed in, like "Did you avoid dairy?" and "Did you have stomach problems?" You can export the data to make graphs. I guess the downside is that it's not easy to track how much of a particular food you ate in case you want to know specific tolerance levels.
