Comfort food is usually not the healthiest food we eat but not much is in that other world. There are fine examples of meals listed above but not many are 'comfort' foods but main meals.
here is something I tried tonight- it wasn't that bad:
One onion- chopped large
pan fried in butter til soft then added a few tablespoons of beef/bone broth gelatin
stired until gelatin melted into a broth to coat onions.
pour into bowl add several tablespoons of a high grade mustard,
stir- eat- it wasn't bad. warm tasty and plenty of it to stay busy.
