Finally after 5 months, my period has returned! But now it's left me here lifeless on the couch with my labtop. I feel out of it almost as if i'm sick, but i'm not actually. I guess it doesn't help that I only slept 6 hours last night from cramps, but even with 6 hours sleep i'm not this drained.
I've heard something about releasing toxins? I'm really curious. What do you think?
And if it helps today I had some macadamia nuts,scrambled eggs and cauliflower. with some blueberries afterwards, and then at lunch a bit of salmon with lemon, and a blueberry smoothie * coconut milk*
