I'm a paleo newb and am hoping someone can help me answer my question.
I've been eating paleo for two weeks and am really enjoying it! I'm an overweight 26yo female and have lost just over 9 pounds within this short amount of time. I am feeling fine so I imagine everything is okay but my question is this: Should I be worried about this rapid rate of weight loss? And is it possible that I'm losing muscle mass as well?
(side note: I've also been working out 2-3 times/week...step aerboics with some ab work)
My guess is that everything is fine but I'm not sure and would love some insight if anyone has any.
