I have the bad habit of reading labels, and stuff like titanium dioxide worries me. Is there an aspirin out there that is just plain aspirin?

I think the closest you're going to get is White willow bark tea.

You can get aspirin (acetyl-salicylic acid) powder, that should be pure.

Have you checked out aspirin powders (widely consumed in the South)? I don't know if they do or do not have fillers though.

Titanium dioxide though is pretty darn non-toxic though. Don't let the 'possibly carcinogenic' blurb on Wikipedia spook you either, it being in particulate form is what makes it problematic more than its chemical nature.

Probably be hard. Titanium Dioxide's used to make things whiter.
