The Quilt has finally given us what we were begging for--a template for how to eat, exercise, think, and live once fully leptin sensitive.
I could tweak a few small things and fit his mold to a T. I presently IF from 6pm to 11am, I could switch this to IF'ing from 730am to 6pm. The timing of my lifting and sprinting could be tweaked, and timing of carb/fat/prot tweaked a little, too. Most of what he says in this latest blog makes good sense to me.
