Has anyone starting Leangains/IFing checked this out? It's 5,000% easier to navigate than Martin Berkhan's site.
I used to read Berardi's stuff many years ago while trying to get hyooooooge, and was quite surprised when I saw this very accessible guide last year. He's come a long way in his views. And Stumptuous is awesome.
I thought the paper was laid out well and good for "fly on the wall" observation of JB's experiences - but my first "hey, wait!" objection came when he admitted to using 2-3 servings of greens powder during his fast. If you consume calories, it ain't a fast . . .
Based on Martin's writing everything points to the benefits of fasting coming from being completely without calories to process for a set amount of time (14 or 16 or more hours). Thoughts?
