I noticed a while back when I tried to add heavy whipping cream to my coffee (per paleonu) that I would get a bit, lets say gurgly, and gut irritation. I thought that was a dairy intolerance so I cut dairy for a while. I've reintroduced it with seemingly no problems. I generally eat organic cottage cheese, cheese, and organic milk products if I have dairy. Yesterday I attempted to eat the organic sour cream + cocoa that was mentioned in another question. That was the only thing I ate within a few hours and I got the gut irritation that I thought was specific to dairy way back when. I have also noticed when I have a lot of bacon I get the same feeling.
Is there such thing as someone having an intolerance for too much fat at once? Is there a threshold? Any ideas? Maybe there is something in HWC, Sour Cream, and Bacon that I can get too much of?
