How long can one expect to see results while staying under 50g. Carbs A day? I have about 44lbs. Of excess body fat, and would like to get it off.

Also, how do you feel about wheat grass/"greens" in order to get a good dose of vitamins while keeping myself vlc?

20 5'6....155 (44 lbs BF) i forgot to consider that i need 15ish minimum fat if i were to drop to a super lean state. Crossfit 4 days a week. – MAS Jan 15 2012 at 19:12

You should drop some weight from water almost immediately. You may need to add some potatoes to make up for your crossfit workouts. Eat some potatoes after your workout.

Sounds like a recipe to get sick and undermotivated to me. You seriously want to go under 50g of carbs and under 15g of fat? At your height and weight I would TRIPLE the amount of fat you are planning to eat... yes... wooo... 45g of fat... (I'm losing 2lbs/week on 100+ gm of fat per day)

Unless you are planning to follow a PSMF, if that is the case, carry on...

I meant 15 lbs minimun of fat if i were to become SUPER lean...but i dont wanna be that lean.... not 15 g daily....my fat intake is between 80 and 110 g a day – MAS Jan 18 2012 at 17:26
