Hi, I have hypoglycemia, ive already posted a few questions regarding this topic. Im finding at work i tend to get hypo (due to stress perhaps, im in the progess of strenghtening my adreanals and changing my enviromment) in the mean time, i find it veeerryy difficult to recover from a episode. It litterally takes tons of food to get me back on track. Do you have a food in particular that you find helps almost instantly (no fruit plz, makes me crazy), maybe im grabbing the wrong kinds of food to recover. Ive noticed eating tons of avocado really helps, but 2 a day seems excessive/expensive!
