Can you all suggest a cocoa bar that I can find on Amazon? I'm looking for one that is dairy free, low glycemic (either low sugar or natural sweeteners), and not dutch processed. Interesting mixins like nuts (mac nuts in particular) would be nice as well.

what's with the link to amazon's home page? also, there's another question on the board that has all kinds of information on good cocoa bars. – Jack Kronk Jan 17 2012 at 16:29
I agree with Jack. – Kelly Jan 17 2012 at 16:31
hmm. actually. now mine has a link too. looks like an auto program called Viglink did it. I have removed my downvote. – Jack Kronk Jan 17 2012 at 16:34

Upvoted to get you back to zero, because criminy, chocolate is a right not a privilege. And not everyone has good access to good chocolate. – syrahna Jan 17 2012 at 16:36
Yeah I didn't insert the link and if I did, I probably would have used my affiliate link :P – balor123 Jan 18 2012 at 19:43

All Lindt dark chocolate (cocoa) bars above 70% are dairy free and obviously low glycemic.

No nuts though. Womp womp.

Yes yes. 85% is the best combo of flavor and sugar content. – ben61820 Jan 18 2012 at 2:27
the 90% is soooooooooooo good. I can't stop. – Lutfisk Jan 18 2012 at 4:13
I think there is a 70% one with nuts... – PrimalDanny Jan 18 2012 at 11:11
They don't say much about how the chocolate is processed (dutch?) but I may just go with this. – balor123 Jan 18 2012 at 19:48
The 90% Lindt bar has (slightly) MORE sugar than the 85% bar. How did they manage that? – Dave S. Jan 19 2012 at 12:56

Ordered one of these to try - will see how it comes out. I guess I should have stated that I was looking for low-fructose as well, which these are not. – balor123 Jan 18 2012 at 19:49

Looks tasty but the low sugar bars are nothing special. – balor123 Jan 18 2012 at 19:46
that's what I thought until I tasted them. You can sample all the chocolates. I HATE dark chocolate and they have 100% and it's actually really good. If you live in venice, ca I recommend stopping by the store. You won't regret it. – iwalt Jan 24 2012 at 2:41

This isn't Amazon, but these little treasures are amazing!!!! raw, organic, soy, dairy and sugar free, but somehow still wonderfully delicious.
