Could you please post what you eat: a complete account with foods and amounts listed. Thanks!
Edited:
Thank you for your answer. Most of your symptoms look like mine so I want am going to ask you to do something.
It might sound weird, but try it for one day only (it won't hurt for one day).
No coconut oil, no olive oil, no butter, no eggs, NO SALT, NO SPICES. No tea, no coffee, only water.
No vitamins (for one day only).
Try only:
MEAT/FISH (baked or boiled, no oil added)
VEGETABLES, especially cabbage family and tubers (steamed or boiled) NO NIGHTSHADES
NO NUTS
some low sugar BERRIES if you want (blueberries, for example)
No spices, no salt, nothing else. Why? When you go very very basic (elimination diet) and if you stop having those symptoms it is definitely something that you eat.
I found out that spices and salt have some additives that are not even listed on the ingredients list.
Let me know if it works for you. If it does not, it means that your condition has nothing to do with food.
I am saying this because I have almost the same symptoms you have, and I solved it by following the diet above.
I agree that you have to see a doctor for this. By the way, I have seen like four different doctors and only the fifth one was able to diagnose me correctly. You might have more stuff than just hypothyroidism going on. It is important to be correctly diagnosed. Find the best doctor you can.
Oh, and some of the symptoms (restless sleep, sweating, etc.) went away after I did elimination diet. I am gluten intolerant, and you may be too, you never know.
By the way, your acne may be related to your gut flora, and your gut flora is related to your food intake.
No matter what you have - DO NOT PANIC!!! You have to put some effort into it, but you will find the reason behind it eventually. Don't give up! GOOD LUCK!!!
