Make deviled egg filling and eat with veggies like carrots or celery.

I used to work at a catering job and we did this ALL the time when there was left over deviled egg filling! So delicious, we would usually mix all the leftover bacon bits in it too, great snack food. – JeJ Jan 17 2012 at 17:51

Let me guess: you don't tolerate egg whites and cooking it is the easiest way to separate them? At least thats exactly my problem :-)

This vid could be interesting in such a case: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qxo3elkkIt8

Well you might puree the yolks with vegetables and fat, this givs a delicious cream to serve with meat etc. Mayonnaise can also be made with cooked egg yolks, b/c the lecithin remains intact.

Do you have a recipe for the cooked egg yolk mayo? – KL Jan 17 2012 at 18:54
Actually the same way you prepare normal mayo. Take a slim jar, place the yolk on the bottom, add some spices if you like and pour in a cup of oil. Then put a hand-held blender into it so that it's rotor touches the yolk. Push the button and slowly pull out the machine. If you want to do it manually just crumble the yolk in a bowl, add some oil and stir like you never stirred before :-) – Thomy Jan 17 2012 at 19:54
