Irritable gut, bloating, reflux and chronic constipation went away when I went on a gluten free diet almost two years ago. So also did eczema that I'd get every single winter. Only took about two weeks.
Had migraines pretty well under control for a year and a half with Nadolol and occasional Physical Therapy, but felt like a walking corpse because of fatigue and low BP. Tried to switch to a Calcium Channel blocker and ended up having PVCs. I went back to physical therapy weekly for awhile which seems to be helping (I have C4-5 and C6-7 disc issues which I think play a big role in this) Currently on Topamax. Right now the headaches aren't totally under control, but improved. I think Paleo diet is definitely helping.
Foot fungal infections. I've had a running problem with this for about the past 3 years or so. Tried creams, powder, changing out my entire sock wardrobe, getting new shoes, drying between my toes with a hair dryer etc. Since I've cut the carbs drastically, it started clearing up and is now gone. I've never been diagnosed with diabetes, but I'm thinking the higher carbs from some of the gluten free breads and other foods might have been part of the problem.
Anxiety, stress and Worry-Prayer, Devotional Reading, Relaxation techniques, more rest.
More positive relationship with spouse with more date nights, going for walks, canoe trips. Not that there was ever any real trouble, but I think we both just get buried in the business of our responsibilities and forget that we need to take time for our marriage.
Weight on the way down with less carbs, better health-more energy, more exercise. Have lost some inches so the clothes are fitting better.
