I am a desperate workaholic and have been resorting to preparing one meal a day in the microwave. The other two meals tend to be Chipotle, and canned red salmon and raw carrots/sweet potatoes, plus a couple of heavy creamy coffees:
6-8 pastured eggs
a handful of hand-ripped scallions
a handful of hand-ripped kale
no, I don't count the hand-ripping as HIIT.
I toss that all in a glass bowl and do several rounds of 70% power 1:15 "cookings," sprinkling a little (gasp) sea salt in the process. It's good... sorta.
Any microwave paleo hacks?
