Hello. I am having some success restoring weight lost due to an eating disorder and am getting close to no longer being underweight. I am wondering if a leptin reset would be a good idea, to fix my metabolism which I assume is still not functioning properly (I haven't gotten my period back yet). Trying to eat more and recover is very stressful and I would like it to be over as soon as possible, and I was thinking a leptin reset might help. Thoughts?
ETA- If I were to do a leptin reset, would I need to modify it at all, seeing as how I need to gain weight instead of losing or maintaining it like a lot of people who do the reset?
