I looked and I haven't seen this question posted yet. I just bought some goji berries but am kind of lost as to what to do with them. I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Are these dried, frozen or fresh? I've never worked with fresh ones, as they're not available where I am. I've used the dried ones in trail mixes. One of my favorites is gojis, dried cranberries, pistacios and cashews. It's a pretty color combo, too. |

I like to snack on them. They also work well in soups. |

If you eat dairy - mix some in a bowl of home made yogurt and leave for a few hours. They absorb the moisture, become soft and sweet and make the yogurt creamier because of the reduced moisture. You can add some other freeze dried berries as well - makes a good dessert. |

I don't particularly care for goji berries, but my mother loves them. She like to soak them in hot water for a few minutes to re-hydrate the berries since the kind we get are pretty hard. She just eats them straight up, like stewed prunes. |
