I have an upset tummy, just a 24hr bug thing that's going around at the moment.
I have no nausea but everything I eat goes right through me..
I tentatively tried a banana. BAD idea. Then some veg soup. WORSE idea. I've been sipping on coconut water but I am starving.
Normally in this situation I would have some dry toast, since that's out any suggestions for what dry food I could eat that would provide sufficent calories but settle my tummy?
