Who here legitimately forgets to eat? Or has less interest in food than people in general?
I've had a brief history of overeating, but that was due to addictive foods on the S.A.D that I leeched onto after being through a long period of stress. But now that I've turned to paleo ( 4 months now) and I don't have that issue anymore, I can see my un-aware self creeping back, in terms of eating.
Ever since I was a child it was my parents who always seemed to force me to eat I didn't eat my lunches very much at primary, ( mainly because sandwiches suck) but like any kid who hates eating, I still ate chocolates and sweets ( but i'd never over-do it). I've always been what people call "skinny" even when I was hardly active,. This I believe is partly genetics/ partly disinterested in food. My father and cousin are also both tall and skinny, and my little cousins have the same disinterest in food as I do and are skinny.
Especially on days im busy. I'd get a aching hunger pang and feel a bit dizzy and weak, then i'd realise I haven't ate in 4-5 hours * i know that's ok for some people but it isn't really for me* or I skipped a meal by accident. (I don't believe in the CW saying you need to eat three meals, but three meals sits very well with me)
I'm just really interested about if there's any reason behind this, and if anyone else have the same traits as myself.
Thanks in advance!
