Hello. I am new to this whole Paleo business. Having decided to start it from the start of this year. It is going well, I really didn't think that I would adapt to it as quickly as I have. But there is one problem that I am having.
What should I eat before I go to workout?
Normally, before going to the gym and doing a weights session, I always used to eat a bowl of oats about 45 minutes to an hour before I was going to the gym, making sure I had about 30 minutes to let it settle.
I am ideally looking for something quick and easy to make, but I have tried a banana and found I was flagging during my workout. What do some of you eat before you work out?
