I have been eating pretty strict paleo 6 days a week with one cheat. I started and On ramp program with a strength and conditioning coach 3 times a week that incorporates OLY lifts as well as max 12 min metcon at the end.
My daily meals are something like breakfast - 3 eggs and two isinero chicken sausage with avacado Lunch- Chicken breast with vegetables and some nuts Dinner- Lean meat like chicken or beef and veggies and avacado - everything is cooked with coconut oil or olive oil.
I have seen no weight loss but seen some tightening in my body. I'm about at least 20lbs over weight.
What am I doing wrong???
