Hi :) I'm assuming this could be the effect of being low carb and getting low blood sugar as i'm not used to it, but i'll explain.
After introducing brown rice soaked ( as i believe I have problems digesting paleo amounts of fat and protein) about half an hour after eating it i feel slightly jittery and feel kinda fatigued in the joints. Other than that I think introducing rice could work
Is this a sign that I should stop or is it just because of being low carb until now? ( I probably ate 100 g of cooked rice)
Or is this just because I fasted from yesterday dinner to 5pm today? Or maybe I need to eat more as i didnt eat before? For dinner I had, a steak and my dads fat off his steak :P salad, 700kj of dark chocolate, and 100g of rice
