I just wanted to throw this thank you out there. I had been reading (and reading and reading and reading lol) trying to figure out how to go back over to the dark side lol.
My body was craving meat but it took a little while for my mind to catch up and come to terms. I think through reading a lot of these feeds, it made the transition much easier. Happy to say, no longer a vegetarian, a whole new paleo world is opened up and I feel so much better!
I had no issues whatsoever (no upset stomach, nausea, etc) and other than overdoing it a bit portion wise, I'm just planning what to eat next! Please throw out any ideas for awesome meals to try (I started being a vegetarian at age 10 so I have A LOT to catch up on!).
Hopefully if there are any other people out there in the same position, this might help them too. I felt good for a while as a vegetarian but I guess hit the point where my body needed more. Please make sure to listen to your body's cues... and you cant go wrong with pulled pork ;)
