Good Morning fellow hackers! I am thinking about taking a multi vitamin. Are there advantages (other than absorption ) to taking a liquid muti vitamin versus pill or tablet. Has anyone had experience with any particular liquid vitamins - do you have recommendations. I definitely would want to avoid gluten, soy, sucrose, yeast and basically anything non compliant with paleo/GAPS protocol. Thanks.
