Hello, everyone. I've been kind of doing Paleo (perfectioning it as I read and learn more) for almost a month now. Right now, I'm taking Now Adam as multivitamins and Now Omega-3, but my goal is to provide my body only with what it needs. I've been registering my food intake in Chronometer.com, so here are the values (with no supplement included):
I weigh around 75kg, and I'm also worried about calorie intake (If I did not control me, I would eat lots more...). Most important thing I wan't to ask you is about what and how much should I supplement.
Vit-D3 is clearly a go, so I'm thinking about 5000 IU daily. I'm also gonna change to Now DHA-500 ( DHA 500 / EPA 250 ). What should I do about Vit A, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium...?
