Has anyone tried Melville Candy Company's stevia sweetened chocolate bars? 98% chocolate and 2% stevia. It's the only chocolate sweetened with just stevia and is only available from the company (online), not in stores. Not cheap.

Lindt has a 99% cocoa bar that is delicious! It's hard to find (I only know one place that carries it above the 90% mark) but so worth it. It's uber satisfying with that great, fatty taste to it. Worth a try. |

Never heard of it but it looks interesting. The reviews are pretty good too. I could be tempted. |

So now that I can't find this in stock anywhere I want it all the more. I might actually lose sleep if I can't get my hands on this stuff. (I'm such a marketer's dream sometimes, lol.) I set myself up to be notified if/when this stuff comes in stock again. I have a feeling it's going to be a bit too bitter for my 85% tastes but I'm excited to get to try something new in the world of chocolate. |

What exactly are the ingredients? If its just cacao/cocoa and stevia then I'd be all over it. It looks like its available at Sears which is strange to me. The price is not terrible. I'd still prefer to buy 85% from TJ's for only $1.49 per bar myself. This very bar I am talking about was featured in this month's issue of Paleo magazine! In short, if I saw it in a store I'd try it. |
