What are some suggestions for intermittent fast breakfasts? PHD shows a picture of coffee and creme but I don't drink coffee. It also mentions non-starch veggies. Protein is off limits as well. Here's what I've come up with:
- Guacamole w/cabbage chips
- Celery and nut butter
- Roasted veggies (probably broccoli and cauliflower)
- Kim Chi
