I've been eating paleo for about a month now. For the last few weeks I was defecating in a more liquid manner, always in the morning. For the last two-three day, I've been going to the bathroom almost every time I ate.
I don't know if it is related, but this night, around 4am, I woke up because I wanted to pee, and ended up almost fainting in the floor of the bathroom (or at least, I though I was gonna faint during the whole time; plus I had no strength at all). I though I was going to vomit, but I had nothing to throw out. I was still feeling sick and dizzy; I finally pooped some almost liquid stuff (not much), and got to bed. I just got out of bed, and have an extrange feeling in my stomach (plus I have headache, and feel very tired, though I was in bed for around 10-12 hours). This is something I have never experienced in my life. Thinking about it, I realized I might have taken some unfresh guacamole yesterday, but I am not sure that could be it.
I've been looking for a paleo doctor around me, but there is obviously no one (I live in Spain). I might go to my usual doctor in a few hours, anyway; but please, help me hack this thing.
Thank you :)
MORE INFO: I have never had circulation issues, and yes, the weakness is only present since yesterday; I usually do exercise about 30-60 min a day just after waking up, and have been feeling quite energetic until now, actually.
I don't eat dairy, and my consumption of eggs is not huge. I have, however, started to eat nuts and chocolate. BUT, I've been eating this way since the very beginning of my paleo-change, so don't see what could have possibly happened.
Right now, I fell my belly is completely full, and have some nausea.
Finally, my chronometer data for the last 7 days looks like this (not including Omega-3 and Multi supplement) http://imageshack.us/f/853/settings1t.png/
Update: Went to the doctor the very evening after that. Told me it would be "probably nothing" and to sleep it off. Right now, 3-4 days after, I feel fine, but I have the feeling of a full stomach, and am not ever hungry. What is this!?
