Can you use goats milk or does that still have the same proteins that cause the problem in cows milk?

If you're talking about the A1/A2 proteins, then goat does not have the "bad" protein. I can tolerate goat milk and I drink a lot of it, while I cannot touch cow's. I can't even touch the raw cow milk with the "good" protein in it. |

It depends on what you react to and how you react to it. Might as well try it and see what effect it has. Really hard to predict. |

I recommend that you read the article "The Devil in the Milk" or do a PaleoHacks search as there has been much past discussion about goat vs cow milk. |

This thread handles the topic fairly comprehensively: http://paleohacks.com/questions/62635/goat-milk-instead-of-cow |
