My stats 6'2" Male 27 years old 175-180lbs Typical calorie intake between 1900 and 2600 Macro breakdown 40/60 fat 20-30 protein 20-30 carbs I workout 4-5 days per week. 3 days strength, one tabata workout, and typically 3 runs. One of the runs being between 45 and 90 minutes (7-13 miles)
Recently I've been having bouts of extreme coconut cravings. Last week I consumed a block of organic coconut cream (let's do organic) followed by 1/3 of a jar of coconut butter. Tonight I ate nearly half a jar of almond butter and chased it with a can of coconut milk. No real stomach issues to speak of, but it appears that my weight is creeping up on me. Any reason why I might have this insatiable appetite for these fatty foods?
