can you define paleo or as you use it Paleo project? And define or suggest the Paleolithic diet clearly please.
For years I have been healing and trying to get through Inflammation of the stomach lining, years of constipation or digestive, as well as nutrient absorbancy issues, following years of medications, stress, and an intestinal parasite while in Africa?
After speaking to a nutritionist and dietician, she suggested more changes to my already strict and limited blood type A diet adding,
No gluten, no wheat, no acidic vegetables,(no tomatoes and peppers!) no fruits, hot peppers, no beef, pork, No cow dairy products or cheeses
I have embraced these healthy lifestyle changes,adhere to a mostly organic diet, and enjoy learning about and eating grains from around the world and loved the new veggies and all the great choices with goat milk products but still find it very challenging to order out at a restaurant, without insulting the chef, cook, or inconveniencing the not so interested twenty-something whose body hasn't started rejecting normal U.S mass produced food.
It is also a problem at times when I travel or do trips with others not so "sold" on the idea or who don't have health problems. Any suggestions?
