I heard it is a fat burner. it is high in sat fat 12g in 1tbsp, how can it be a fat burner? how much and how often can i use it?

I bought it the minute it was in the new section in my local Trader's and I still think it is better then many others I have tried. I have had some that I just didn't enjoy at all.
