I've read so many paleo books and blogs and feel like I have a good grasp on the 'paleo-thing'. At the same time I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about the "Paleo Dieter's Missing Link" (http://practicalpaleolithic.com/paleolithic-diet-blog/paleo-dieters-missing-link)? The idea of an individualized paleo approach is really appealing. Does anyone have any experience with this book?
Never read it, but seems to offer you insight to individualizing a paleo diet that you could probably have gotten using the search function here for free.
I'm the author, so I'm a bit biased. I wrote the book based on over 6 years of experience with Paleo and specifically wanted to cover stuff that the other books either don't cover or don't cover as well as I'd have liked when I was starting out...
Since I'm admittedly biased, here are some reviews from people who bought the book and liked it..
There are also some free downloads and a preview on my site.
