So yeah i am currently residing at a backpackers in Melbourne (for locals: St. Kilda) and i am getting tired of eating kangaroo sausages ad raw veggies (suprisingly clean food ... ). I am looking for easy paleo recipies that can be whipped up on a minimal budget with only a sauté pan, a saucepan, a crappy knife and a microwave. So far i've come up with
Hackers, any ideas/recipies how this guy can take his cooking and saving to the next level? Cheers!
Lamb here is all grass fed and very yummy- on a salad just delish - Chicken also - we eat lots of avo and lettuce here due to the heat - woolies sells sausages with no filler - they are about $5 a tray - look for the ones with no carbs!
Remember that there are lots of electric powered BBQ's about - cook some fish up in the park on them so you dont offend. There are a ton of options you just need to head over to the butcher or Woolies/Coles to get them.
