some sources say, people with dairy allergy/sensitivity should stay away from ghee. But I don't know anybody who has ever had issues with it.
I have some weird reactions and I'm not quite sure whether it's the ghee, or the bananas I've introduced recently.
Pure butterfat shouldn't cause anything but a satisfied stomach, right? Since it's widely consumed in here: Anyone ever had an adverse reaction to ghee?
For this kind of question it's actually better to get as few answers as possible - and indeed: out of 85 people only one has ever reacted to ghee. Now it's quite likely that the bananas are the culprit. Thank you all! :)
After several tests I've figured out that ghee makes me slightly tired 2 hours after intake. And if I eat it every day, my skin gets red and unclean. But once in a while it's okay. So I guess it's not completely safe for everyone...
