Avoid this product. "It directly causes cancer" would be a stretch, but there's pretty much nothing good going on with this food product. Most of the "OMG MEAT WILL KILL YOU" headlines you see -- probably what you heard on the radio -- are related to highly processed and preservative-added meats ... like this one.

Try good, plain-old whole chicken instead. If you're looking for a "lunch" type variety, try roasting a breast (or the left over bits from a whole roasted chicken), chopping, tossing with some homemade mayo and pepper -- voilà! You just made chicken salad.
