Just wanted to know what you all thought of my meal today.
Breakfast (for IF):
- Heart of Palm salad w/veggies and homemade olive oil and mac nut oil mayo 1/4 bar of chocolate covered in almond butter and palm fruit oil mix
Lunch:
- Large takeout salad w/iceburg, green peppers, tomatoes, red onions, olives, and 5 chicken tenders (paid for 2 extra) topped with homemade ranch dressing
- 1 dried fig
Snack:
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh fruit
- 2 Brazil nuts
Dinner:
- Small salad w/Spring Mix, Kale, avocado, cucumber, celery, and roasted broccoli topped w/homemade ranch
- Small portion of Kim Chi
- 1 piece non-dairy zucchini lasagna made w/org spag sauce and grass fed ground sirloin
- 1/2 cup mashed yams (w/coconut cream)
- 1/2 cup SoDelicious low glycemic butter pecan ice cream drizzled w/coco milk, coco kefir, and hemp seeds
- 2 GF animal crackers
