They seem to make the desirable fizzy&sour kombucha when fed white sugar. But with brown sugar, the water the kombucha is in remains sweet and flat.

I assume you mean  leaves and broccoli. They are the major contributor of magnesium, vitamin K1, plus folate and vitamin A if you do not eat liver. Various other carotenoids too (lutein etc.). Other than that you should be fine. I think the... (more)

Eat a giant sweet potato bathed in butter... Seriously though eat some carbs!!! HF/LC can cause high levels of cortisol. Paleo is not low carb.

I think having whole food sources of fats is usually enough, avocados, nuts, meat, fish, eggs etc... and then a bit of added olive oil as it's proven to be pretty healthy stuff, eating loads of added fats isn't the wisest... (more)
