There have been a number of scientific studies done which show health benefits to butter. I'm fairly certain they didn't specifically study pastured butter. So, in the very least non-pastured butter is a great source of fat, cholesterol, lecithin,... (more)

I recommend dedicating 2 hours a day to an exercise you can sustain, such as walking or cycling. Every day. No cheat days. See what happens in 6 months.
