Stressing out about drinking Tang a few time a year is likely worse for you then just enjoying it a few time a year. Just my two cents.

I can't have coffee out any more unless I carry along my own coconut milk.  I used to love to treat myself to a cup of coffee every once in a while--cheap fun and always tastes better than my coffee at home.

Creatine is fine, but follow the correct dose and make sure that you cycle it.   Prolonged use can affect your liver and kidneys

If you're OK with dairy there's always butter and ghee.  Seek out butter from pastured dairy sources to maximize Omega 3's.  Butter has some MCT's but not in the same concentrations as coconut oil.

I tend to be a little shy about using olive oil due omega 6 being about 9% so I worry I'll mess my 6n:3n ratio if I go over board. I tend use coconut oil more freely.

Olive oil is the only oil I use. 10% PUFA, 10:1 omega-6:omega-3… perfect? I think so!  Usually 3-4 tbsp a day.

How many calories? The carbs are a bit high for low-carb, I mean 100g a day is like 4 bananas. You have three choices: 1. cut the carbs down, to less than 50g/day, or 2. cut calories (eat less, quit snacking, or skip a meal if you're not hungry),... (more)
