I can't have coffee out any more unless I carry along my own coconut milk. I used to love to treat myself to a cup of coffee every once in a while--cheap fun and always tastes better than my coffee at home.

If you're OK with dairy there's always butter and ghee. Seek out butter from pastured dairy sources to maximize Omega 3's. Butter has some MCT's but not in the same concentrations as coconut oil.

I get 100-120 grams of fat a day and 200-250 gram of carbs a day from fruit and sweet potato and I just had another lipid panel done... My total was 191, LDL 107, HDL 84 and trigs were 48.
I tend to be a little shy about using olive oil due omega 6 being about 9% so I worry I'll mess my 6n:3n ratio if I go over board. I tend use coconut oil more freely.
