I just up with cystal springs.... and noticed there plastic containers have number 7 on it which means they probably are NOT bpa free.... This is very dissapointing, should i cancel this already due to this fact? are those 5 gal safe at all?

I'm very curious what your blood sugar is the rest of the time.  It sounds like you have a BG meter, so you should check.  Test your blood sugar right before a meal when you haven't eaten for at least 2 hours, then test every 15 minutes... (more)

There is plenty O6 in eggs and coconut oil. Not sure what coconut cream is, but if it is coconut oil, 136 grams will contain over 4 grams of O6, which is more than enough.

Drinking too much alcohol is actually considered eating poorly. But eat right and give it some time. If you do drink, do it in moderation.

There are several variables to cinsider regarding the times you can have some effect and the duration of the same. Some like constipation can be felt the next day, some others like acne have a more chronical effect that can be felt from 3-4 days... (more)

Your right, sorry. But yeah, there is nothing to worry about, but I high recommend eating the whole egg, not just eggs whites. I've eaten 2 egg every single day since the last 5 years and I'm perfectly fine and cholesterol levels are OK.

The paleo endurance bar is smoked meat. Pemmican is a refinement of that. There are already plenty of highly processed endurance bars out there already. Figure out how to compress sardines into a non-messy tasty bar. That would be novel. (more)
