Ketosis is not a magical *bodyfat* burner. Mostly you are burning the fat in your diet. Calorie restriction is #1.    That at being said, in my ketosis experiment I got up to 300g of protein without dropping out if ketosis.  (more)

I just recently started doing paleo and I noticed that I went from being super tired to not being able to fall asleep. I'm hoping that my slight insomnia is just a speedbump. Has anyone noticed this while being on paleo?

I drank 2 beers while walking 18 holes of golf yesterday. I did not feel any significant ill effects like I might after eating something like bread. This is after 2 years of gluten free and 5 months strict paleo.

143% daily value for b6 in 8oz of salmon. 142% daily value for b6 in 6oz of liver. Decent amounts in meat, throw in a few lbs of plants and you should be good.
