Yeah, carbs feed cancer cells only if they already exist, but they also cause higher ROS in mitochondria over beta-oxidation (burning fat), higher glycation - especially via fructose, so keeping carbs generally low is a good idea.  This... (more)

Only thing I can think of would be digestive enzymes containing lipase such as ox bile, but if you've got a working gallbladder, liver, and pancreas, you already make enough.
