I want to second the recommendation for adding more salt. I had the same thing with dizziness on paleo, especially when I was super low-carbing. I have always liked salt, but had bought into the prevailing wisdom. They were wrong. Salt did the trick. (more)

not sure about the particular numbers ..but i know that the nurse that was supposed to take my blood refused to do so when i told her i had cream in my tea that morning- she said it would effect the results. So i think it does matter.
