Nothing says you need to be paleo 24/7. You can always eat paleo on non flying days/outside flight times, and the things that settle your stomach during flying.

My dust allergy has reduced in intensity since I started avoiding histamine-generating foods. Google histamine intolerance for more info. Also, Vitamin C is a great antihistamine.
