I generally do my WOD in the morning, and then rush off to work with little time to get ready. I make egg cupcakes and hard boiled eggs for something quick those mornings, but does anyone have other ideas for grab and go?

I will have a banana muffin recipe that I can grab on the go. Almond flour based, great on the go with a cup of coffee. I also used to keep a bag of cooked bacon in the fridge, grab bacon and muffin with the coffee and out the door I'd go.

I roast cauliflower or broccoli a few times a week with drippings or butter and then serve with a piece of fish, roasted chicken or pan fried steak tips.

One of the reasons I love eating Paleo is the simple taste of certain food combos. For example, a few favorite meals of mine are sardines in olive oil served in a hollowed out bell pepper. I also love kippers w/ almonds and berries for breakfast.... (more)
