Coconut oil is NOT a good cooking oil by itself, use Olive oil, virgin is best in a fry pan. Add some coconut oil if you like by it is a waste, as when done properly, the oil remains mostly in the pan and not in the food. Don't waste good coconut... (more)

I raise my own rabbits, and most feeds found at farming/feed stores are primarily hay (and some grains/veggies). Rabbits do have fat, but it's on the skin. You'd have to request that and render it for food usage. My rabbits are on an organic... (more)

Im from israel, its not that common here but there are restaurants thats servers beef spinal cord, its very tasty and soft. Also - couldnt find any info on line, but its very eatable and very good. Enjoy
