A mega-dose of a non water soluble vitamin would work great since you can store it in fat - like vitamin A. However, vit C and zinc are water soluble so you'd just pee out the excess and be deficient again in a few days without a regular dose. (more)

Maybe you are allergic to salmon. I get rashes on my back when I eat things I'm allergic to, such as seafood, gluten, and sulfites. Try eating clean without fish or eating dirty with fish?
